Want to buy a whole heritage hog and get the best deal on the best pork you can buy? Pre-order a whole hog and we'll do the rest. Each hog yields between 80-100lbs of the most delicious and healthy meat you could imagine. We charge for the actual shipped weight of meat. Typical yields are:
- 2 Packs Jowl Bacon
- 2 racks of Ribs
- 2 Tenderloins
- 5 Packs of Rib Chops
- 2 Sirloin Roasts
- 2 Loin Roasts
- 10 lbs. Smoked Bacon
- 14 lbs. Smoked Ham Roasts
- 4 Smoked Ham Hocks
- 18 lbs. ground pork
- 4 Packs of Back Fat
- 4 Packs of Leaf Lard
Upon order placement we will collect a 15% deposit, with the remainder of the payment collected upon shipment
